How to remove pimples and our skin fair and glowing give me answer my Age is 19

It is natural in your age...enjoy, few pimples will be saying that you are young...never use nails to get rid of them, otherwise you are inviting dark spots...but, if there is too much, bulky and big in size, it is not pimples at all...sometimes fats accumulates in face too, other than breast, buttocks and belly...in that case, please see a good ayurvedic doctor.

First I would cut out any processed foods, artificial ingredients, sugar substitutes, etc. Have a whole-food (organic as possible) diet. Drink filtered water, put lemon and honey in it if you like...then, there are home remedies you can apply as well:

during my college days, I had many pimples, however, daily and in my days i.e. around 1979-80, college days, there weren't tablets, we took daily, before sleep, 'harde' or 'triphala' powder; now-a-days, we have tablets; even today, before going to sleep, I daily take 4 to 5 tablets of harde; it's a laxative but during my college days, all such pimples reduced drastically and in few months time totally vanished; however, avoid scratching skin surface even if you feel scratchy, else they'd leave behind permanent marks on your skin; just apply cream or ... consult; but these laxatives are simply superb for getting rid of pimples; it worked on me, ain't sure about results on anybody else? beware: its a laxative, begin with 1 or 2 tablets; zandu too has them but I found theirs to be marginally bigger in size and am more comfortable with ones sourced from cotton exchange, kalbadevi road, shops, Mumbai-2; all the best to you all !!!!!!!!!!!!!

donot use nails to avoid itching.clindamycin ointment, zink enriched tablets like zincovit,wash freequently with water ,use dermadew acne soap.avoid oil,sweet,red meat,egg.tension free .if the problem is toomuch use azithromycin tablet one for a day for 6 days ,all the best dear:
