I agree with you sir. Thanks

Once a person becomes a diabetic many rules and regulations are laid down . Usually it is said that adults need minimum 7 hours of sleep , whether diabetic or not . But I personally had had seen as the age advances 3 to 4 hours good sleep is sufficient even for diabetics .All people do not need 7 or 8 hours sleep as suggested by the doctors .

I go to sleep at 11 .45 pm get UP AT 3. 45 am . I do sadhana from 4 am to 6 am.Then I have to attend to my work .Afternoon 45 minutes I have that so called powernap for 45 minutes

As people advance in age the food intake usually gets reduced automatically and sleep also becomes less . Even if one is the bed for 7 or 8 hours the deep , undisturbed sleep is 6 hours only . Now a days almost all take medicines which induces sleep for more time either directly or indirectly . With out any medicine whatsoever ,an aged person gets maximum sleep , good sleep for 4 hours . If any body wants any proof , let them stop all medication , of any pathy and excess food or calories and see .
