Diabetes BURNOUT???

In Bengaluru who else, other than a former Minister, can get better treatment for Diabetes?

The news says:

He was admitted to ... hospital for treatment of illnesses related to Diabetes. On day prior to discharge he jumped from the second floor & ended his life.

He was labour minister in the Devegowda ministry & had contested last assembly election.

Is this not a case of Diabetes burnout?
