The culprit is neither sugar nor fat. Man is the real culprit.

Knowing fully well the harmful effects of many ingredients of food, chemical additives and preservatives and even deleterious effects of many packaging materials,he will produce, propagate and sell it in attractive packages. We the customers either don't have options or fall prey to propaganda and attractive packages. Sometimes offers of heavy rebate also forces us to buy those injurious products. Due to lack of evidence or awareness we become victims of greed.

So man is real perpetuater as well as sufferer .

They do recommend that as 'Standard PROTOCOL'

I think your question translate as 'if it is so.....why they don't use their brains'

Answer is simple.....'STANDARD PROTOCOL'

Remember my question??? can we sue for prescribing statin???

I am sure person will lose case as doctor will present standard protocol to court.

I don't know when we we start using our brain....

Kindly check proteins in urine after taking these so called protein supplements. Interestingly you may notice, protein in urine is high.

Our Body is made of 18% of protein and specifically 21 Amino Acids. But there are as many as 6500 amino acids are available in the world now. Any amino acid other 21 we inherit are just poisons.

Our natural protein source should be just Plant Proteins.

I am here to share my experience and living "With Nature.... For Quality Life". Kindly confront scientifically on amino acids of animal protein.

Even in plant protein, not all plant are bio-available to human. e.g. Soya, has got roughly about 45 amino acids. Of which nearly 50 % our human body cannot identify.

Thank you, but I would not like to be drawn into technical discussion. I say simply that out of 21 amino acids required by human beings only 9 aminoacids are categorised as essential , meaning they are not synthesised in body and has to be replenished from outside. Here I am talking about adult humans.

It is true that all amino acids which is required by our body can be supplied by plants in different combinations.

How much calories you want him to eat. As per your menu he will be grossly overeating.so obesity will come sooner than later. With obesity, diabetes is not far behind.
