Here's a talk from Dr. Rangan Chatterjee, a rising star on the subject of diet and health here in the UK.

Note he references Dr, Fung (see my last post). I recommend Low Carb Down Under for rock solid science on the subject.

For LCHF  the food pyramid is just reverse of usually recommended :) In upper shelf goes the carb and lowest is fat :) :)...the middle 2 racks also exchanged :)
