What is your sugar level like HbA1C,FBS and PPBS.

My sugar level fasting remain under100 I don't go for pp

Even while FBS is below 100 PPBS can reach 200. This is my experience. See my blood sugar history either here or at Appropedia article. So please test at least PPBS also or PPBS instead of FBS if you will test only one parameter. HbA1c may give better picture.

Kindly mention the herbs that you mix.

There are many herbs that help diabetics, either by mimic of insulin action , or by preserving the pancrease by not letting the diabetes get worse.

Do they generate insulin? That is a question mark. Border line diabetics may be able to preserve the pancreas with some herbs/powders.

I take 100grms of each mix and make powder take half tea spoon with water &don't take other medicine I generally test my sugar level from doc lals path lab
