counting carbohydrates for DM

hi all members ,

The other day while surfing net I read carbs should 60to75gms per meal where as I read in this forum members advocating for carbs to limit below 100mg per day, my confusion which one is correct please guide me.

Last 4 years i am suffering from Diabetes.. i am insulin dependent person. kindly suggest me how to control sugar level.

Switch to low carb high fat diet. Search the site for LCHF diet.

As a diabetic one has to restrict carbs to control BS. So around 100 gm is better option. 60-75 gm per meal is too much carb load for a diabetic.
