Recenrlt during a visit to Delhi, I was asked to eat only Papaya in the Dinner and nothing else. As per His vision i will improve the diabetic numbers drastically.
Any experience or anyone has tried. I have yet to as still i am on move and be back to residence anly 15th Jan 2016.

First, by only papaya eating one cannot do, It may not contain everything our body needs however.By trial and error,one may of course try and see what happens.That is the best way to go.
My experience is that papaya still spikes sugar levels. IMO only practical help of papaya is in helping bowel movements.
If asked to take only papaya , then what about the other nutrients .WE need proteins ,fats , vitamins ,minerals also.No doubt papaya is very good in many respects , but does not meet all the other needs . Then again it could control the sugar levels according to him . But how long you go on like that . For ever it is not possible. to stick to that diet. In fact it is not whole some food. Once in a day , you can take that , like as a breakfast or dinner.
Any fruit, if sweet or too sweet will spike blood sugar. Hence, maybe raw to semi-ripe fruit is ok . guava, when consumed in raw state is good for diabetes, similarly, green Gramy smith apple. But pineapple, water melon, and other fruits, etc are to be consumed with caution, according ones body constitution.
Don't be mad! Nobody can survive by eating only one item.Papaya is a sweet fruit and you are diabetic.Don't forget it.Food means a collection of various items put together.
