There was a remark suggesting that smoking 2 cigarettes a day should not be of great importance and that one should see the doctor for medicine or diagnosis. I am not diagnosing anything, I simply shared my experience. So please if you are really looking for information that affect your health keep reading.

It is important to note that I agree one should see a doctor, but when you don't get help for your problem from the doctor, you sometimes have to do things yourself. I know that my diet had a great deal to do with it. and my smoking did to (so I quit after 30 plus years of smoking. even 2 cigarettes a day is too much and suggestion that 2 won't make a difference is, in my opinion irresponsible . you can only tell if this is true for you, by acting on a very basic premise, stop all things that could cause the problem for long enough to make a physical impact on the body, Sensible diets are the key to good health and any other problems is what the doctor is for. smoking, even 2 is not part of a sensible diet. it is a poison. I apologize ahead of time if I have offended anyone. but I find the remark on smoking very unhelpful and not in the best interest of someone asking for help. and by the way there are people who have been completely cured of Diabetes with diet alone. here is the link to check it out if it really interests you.
