Your u.acid level is only marginally raised,so no drastic measures are required.

You can take some measures like, add ginger and garlic raw in your diet ,include turmeric with milk if you drink.add lemon and drink plentry of water about 12 glasses / day. stop alcohol, if you take. If pain is unbearable go for for some anti inflammatory pain killers.

By the way , if you are overweight reduce wt. and go for some physical activity.
