I am 56 years old, since last 6 years I am having sugar problem, My sugar is 200-250 PP, I am taking liquor once in a week whether it is Ok or otherwise.

Liquor is not at all friendly for diabetics.It may be justified being only once a week,but why take chances?Be done with it.As it is,your numbers are not good.

Which liquor and how much, what else? What is yr level after 2 hours. Are you fit enough to check then?
