Do yoga / pranayam 45 min & exercise 15 min. You can watch on you tube " diabetic yoga by Ramdev" Do this for week & if you get reasult then you have two big benifits- Get sleep & helpful for diabities.
Rest in Shavasan. If uncomfortable rest with knees bent. Ensure pillow is not too high, neck is comfortable. Breathe quietly and easily with no strain, no jerks. Silently repeat mantra, mantra that is right for you. You may repeat Relax on the inhale, let go on the exhale. Relax, let go all tensions, Pranayam practice may be too much at bedtime, simple breathing with mantra or count the breaths, from 1 to 5. Count one on exhale, inhale easily, count 2 on exhale. until 5 is reached. You may repeat practice a few times. Visualise a peaceful scene, feel calm and peaceful.
