Is it because of Diabetes? [I have had issues of chilling/paralyzing back ache since 1977. The knee joint issues came up full blown in 2005. Two table spoons Apple Cider Vinegar with equal quantity of honey in warm water, twice daily got me back on the road. Nowadays, I take 4 tablespoonful of Linseed (Alsi)]

Then why i again and again arguing that a diabetic patient should exercise, walk, daily as walking strengths your bones in addition to other benefits, to live a natural life.
