can we use sugar pills in coffee and tea . i am diabetic type 11. my question is "is it safe to use the sugar pill in coffee and tea please advise if any alternative to sugar pill is available

Dear friend artificial sugar like sugar free/ equal all must be no no. Please try to habit without artificial sweetness. You may take if you cannot adjust stevita natural sweetner.

I second what Ashok24 has recommended. Most sugar substitute have side effects. Cancer causing Saccharin despite its bitter after taste, may be less harmful than other substitutes! Stevia, in one study holds promise to have some diabetes reversing capability. Serious side effects of Stevia have not come up as yet.

Please say no ,sustitutes are worse than original. In long run it will derange your glucose regulation mechanism.

try drinking with out sugar tea and coffee. after a while you don't like sugar. with out sugar you really enjoy the taste of coffee. add vco to it.
