I totally agree with medfree. Get off carbs, the faster the better. Replace the carbs with saturated fats. Read this board, medfree has linked several articles.

I totally agree with your comments. I see it like this IT IS CRIMINAL TO PUT TYPE II ON INSULIN. There are lot of cures and protocols that do work.
