Glynase MF

My doctor prescribed Glynase MF 1 tablet 1/2 an hour before breakfast. In a recent post some one said he is taking glynase MF after breakfast.

My question is whether to take Glynase Mf before breakfast or after breakfast.

There are 2 school of thoughts ....One says before meals/breakfast and other says after.

I am of 69 years and diabetic since 1987. Since last more than a year I am also taking Glynase MF as prescribed by my Doctor i.e. 1/2 tab. half an hour before Break fast and 1/2 tab. half an hour before dinner.Previously I was taking Glynase.Till date I did't find any after effect and my diabetes is under control.

Amoxicillin is totally different , coz in a large number of cases its known to cause diarrohea, hence never before meals, always after meals. Pharmacokinetics are different for all drugs , except from the same family like Amoxicillin from Penicillin family, all penicillin derivatives are likely to coz diarrohea.

OHAs are different .
