can someone tell me which stuff i had to take and which one not in diabites
reduce ur intake take smaller meals drop sugar take apple, dryfruits,orange methi/fenugreek , karela etc. eat longwheat flour & watch glycemic index of food u eat
The only stuff you can't take is the one we use in stuffing the pillows
you should have bought a small book on Diabetes and Diet long ago. Buy it asap.
A book I read while I was a diabet " Diabetes ; A friend for Life" is a good book.
Every diabet must read it.
Go to a good bookshop and see many- select which one suits you. What is yr age, where do u stay and what is yr work?
honestly speaking You should avoid while u are a diabetic are almost all food containing corbos,suger,sweets,rice pottatos , milk and milk products and so on.
better increase intake of cinnamon, kalonji, (vegetables { only if u r over weight} ) , and other spices in curry. while u r undergoing any therapy untill u r out of diabetes.remember one thing u cant get out of it with alopathic medicines u can only get it under control for a while.better prepare your self to try Ayurvedic herbs. there are a lot of which can cure this disorder. start with metamorphen /or Gemmer-1 or other drug suggested by your medical man to get it under control, . once it comes under control then go for some herbal therapy. do not terminate alopathic medicine abruptly.
listen ; the most important for a diabetic is Regular and punctual exercise.do not surrender for the Myth of morning or evening walk. it is not good for a diabetic.
there are some simple exercises most effective for u. one of them is Surya Namaskar.
only 10 to 20 are enough.
One important of all is you must convince your self that what is generally said about Diabetes that "It is a slow Poison""no body can cure it" It is a silent killer" all this is preposterous and BAKWAS. You can very easily come out of it . Only you will have strong determination to defeat diabetes. It is my challenge that with proper life style and good herbal or alopathic solution you will find your self with better health then you were before u had diabetes.
