My wifes Blood sugar was 90 on empty stomach and 80 after two hrs taking Brake fast.Will it mean low sugar?

I feel her Pancreas is doing good job. If she is having medication, reduce it slightly else BS may slip to hypoglycemia once food is less, delayed or work is more.

If after food the blood sugar is less than it means she has insulin resistance. For which she has to do Exercise i.e. walking 25 minutes a day minimum five days a weak. And she should sugar, and fat to reduce weight.

If her insulin resistance was high then the glucose will break down slow and reading would be high. I think her insulin res is normal either her pancreas is working faster or she had a light breakfast. You did not mention what she had for breakfast and what medications she took at breakfast time, allopathic and ayurvedic. Try again after 2 full size Aloo Paratha with Dahi and a cup of tea with 2 tsp sugar. I am sure the reading will be different and then more representative. If still it is low, get Glucose tolerance blood test done where subject is given doases of glucose, blood tested and a graph plotted. Faster pancreas means chance of low BP and migraine whenever glucose level falls

Fine. Yu need not worry about Blood sugar level at all . If it falls down below 70 then only low sugar problems comes. One of my relative was having the same problem of B/S lower level after taking breakfast ( he was taking some Ayurvedic powder ). That is why I wanted to clarify this point. However yu need not take any medication for yur wife. Continue with the same system yu were following .

No. it is not sugestive of any kind of Diabetes. it is normal.
