i am diabetic for last 10 years and my age is now 48. I take reclide 40 mg morning. Nowadays when i go for urination it smells more.

May be you have to increase your water intake. Try drinking one and half lit res of water per day. Finish drinking by 6 pm, so that the frequency of flushing out doesn't disturb your nights sleep.
