If you are diabetic, this could be due to prolonged diabetes. Hence the best solution is to control diabetes.

If you are not happy with your diabetes, treatment or progress, please try the Long Wheat Mash Diet Regimen which cured my diabetes. Now I am on normal diet & have no weakness. Details are at, above & below appropedia.org/Diabetes_mel...

TAKING MEDICINES ALONE WILL NOT BRING DOWN BLOOD SUGAR ALWAYS. THAT IS WHY PATIENTS ARE FORCED TO MOVE FROM EXERCISE TO DIET CONTROL TO LOW DOSE TABLETS TO HIGHER DOSE TABLETS TO INSULIN INJECTION AND COMBINATIONS OF THESE. YOU HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR FOOD HABITS & LIFE STYLE ALSO TEMPORARILY TILL CURE.

Yes Diabetes Mellitus (DM) can be regressed/retarded & finally stopped. Follow the Long Wheat Mash Diet Regimen - treatment for permanent cure. It cured my diabetes in 2009.

I was diabetic only for three years from 2006. Lab results are published in the Web Article. More than 28,000 people have read it.

Just search Long Wheat in Google; my article will come as the FIRST one out of 116,000,000 results!!(As on 5Aug2013). My HbA1c on 07 Aug 2013 is 5.6% WITH NORMAL DIET WITH FRUITS & OCCASIONAL SWEETS.

what is your urea level?

creatinine increase means your kidneys are failing and it is a serious problem and consult a nephrologist.

Please keep a control of two very important things

1. keep a good control of your Blood Pressure, in the range of 70/130 .

2.keep a good control of your Blood Sugar level, in the range of Fasting 90 and post meal after 2 hours as 120 to 140.

PLEASE DO RENAL PROFILE, EVERY THREE MONTHS.

creatinine level anything upto 1.47 is safe. yours is almost going to the initial level requiring dialyzes. It seems u have some other problems also and the medicines that u take are not kidney friendly. U better avoid any thing with potassium, sodium .and take lot of water. Eat green vegetables and avoid NV. Unless u r a diabetic patient the reason for high creatinine is the side effects of the medicines u are taking for some other aliments.

The BEST WAYS TO PROTECT YOUR KIDNEYS

By Dr. Willie T. Ong (Internist and Cardiologist)

1. Limit your salt intake

2. Don't load up on high protein foods such as meat and steaks

3. Keep your blood pressure at 130/80 or lower

4. Keep your blood sugar below 120 mg/dl

5. Drink 8 glasses of water a day

6. Watch your intake of pain relievers and other drugs

7. Be careful with tests and procedures using contrast dyes

8. Don't drink too much Vitamin C

9. Don't rely on food supplements to protect your kidneys

10. Get a kidney check-up

Simple tests, such as a complete blood count, BUN , creatinine, and a urine analysis are the first screening tests for the kidneys. Finding a trace of protein in the urine can alert the doctor of possible kidney disease.
