since 10 years I am diabetic.Since 6 months I am not happy with family life. please advise to improve my family life.

Diabetes sometimes may cause this problem. The point to be remembered is once you are diagnosed as a diabetic you start worrying whether your performance will be affected. That worry may be causing more harm than diabetes. So,first get rid of the notion that just because you are a diabetic,you cannot perform. Next,you have to bring down your sugar levels to normal. Please study following suggestions: 

Management of sugar levels is a tough job but is not impossible if you realize that the task is essentially in your own hands. The doctor or dietician may guide you but ultimately it is you who has to put into practice all that has been learnt. Diet control makes maximum difference in a diabetic condition. Avoid sugar,sweets,and any food that is loaded with sugars like mango,banana etc. Also avoid vegetables like potato,beet,sweet potato etc that grow underground. Eat more of sprouts,vegetables and greens that give you fiber,minerals and vitamins. Eat less of rice,wheat and other cereals rich in carbohydrates and demand more insulin for converting to energy. The idea should be to reduce consumption by least 200 to 300 calories per day to gain significant results. 

After diet,exercise plays a very important role. Walking or jogging for 40 to 60 minutes a day will improve your glucose metabolism significantly and spend about 200 calories. Management of sugar levels is a tough job but is not impossible if you realize that the task is essentially in your own hands. Eat more of sprouts,vegetables and greens that give you fiber,minerals and vitamins.  

Last but not the least one should lead a stress free life style. Stress is a recognized trigger for diabetes. Practice relaxation techniques like breathing exercises,yoga etc. 

You should go for quarterly check ups and annual comprehensive review with an experienced diabetologist and follow the prescriptions scrupulously 

Ultimately the most important person in your diabetes management is Y O U. 

If you want to regain your capacity you should do vigorous exercise like jogging,foot ball or basketball,if possible or at least brisk walking. Before you start exercising,make sure that you are medically fit. 

You should relax. A tense mind will let down the body.

Hassles in family life is almost an essential aftereffect of diabetes. You have no alternative other than to maintain your blood sugar in the normal level. If all your earlier efforts have failed to do that, please include Long Wheat Mash Diet Regimen in your routine. It not only controlled but also cured my diabetes by the year 2009.

People who are not & could not be CURED of diabetes will & can only say that it can NOT be CURED.

But people who are CURED can not say so. They will say DIABETES IS CURED, BECAUSE IT IS THEIR OWN EXPERIENCE.

I am cured of diabetes Type II & so I keep saying that AT LEAST TYPE II DIABETES IS CURABLE.

It is up to the patients to decide whom to believe & follow. If one follow a wrong path one will reach only a wrong destination.

Those who do not want cure can believe those who are not cured & those who can not cure.

I can only tell. I cannot make them do what I did.

There is a proverb "THE JOCKEY CAN ONLY TAKE THE HORSE TO A STREAM" which means that THE PROCESS OF DRINKING WATER TO QUENCH THE THIRST IS TO BE DONE BY THE HORSE ONLY; jockey is helpless in that.

You too can EVEN cure your diabetes yourself like me.

TAKING MEDICINES ALONE WILL NOT BRING DOWN BLOOD SUGAR ALWAYS. THAT IS WHY PATIENTS ARE FORCED TO MOVE FROM EXERCISE TO DIET CONTROL TO LOW DOSE TABLETS TO HIGHER DOSE TABLETS TO INSULIN INJECTION AND COMBINATIONS OF THESE. YOU HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR FOOD HABITS & LIFE STYLE ALSO TEMPORARILY TILL CURE.

Diabetes is a fundamental disorder. It is comparable with low voltage in an electric circuit. In both cases all connected subsystems will under-perform and will fail in due course. It will affect SEX life also, if diab is not contained. Diab impairs the glucose (SUGAR) & oxygen supply to ALL CELLS of the patient. You cannot compensate the resultant weakness with liquor, food or medicines.

A DIABETES PATIENT (also known as A DIABETIC) need NOT starve. PROPER or APPROPRIATE food can be eaten EVEN FULL STOMACH THRICE DAILY! Try to understand diabetes & conquer it like me.

While following the Long-wheat diet explained in the article referred below, non-vegetarians can have MEAT/FISH/EGG in moderate quantities as side-dishes/curries.

I was diabetic from 2006; but NOT diabetic from 2009. I studied Diabetes thoroughly, because it was to solve MY problem.
