I googled "Oats" and the first line I got is "Eating oats can spread the rise in blood sugars over a longer time period." But it goes on to say in the same article that oats slows the rise in blood glucose levels. Quite confusing, to say the least!
Can someone confirm the benefits of Oats. I have been taking since 4 years.
