She is working Public Undertaking Office after performing about tw0-2 and half an hours hectic bus journey at Kolkata for six days in a week. She is doing no exercise, taking sugerfree tea with powder milk. Rice is everyday common food two times with fish, eggs and curd. She is also taking Chira.

Monitoring and controlling the levels of diabetes indicators, including HbA1c, fasting plasma glucose (FPG), postprandial plasma glucose (PPG), body mass index (BMI), blood pressure and lipids, is an integral component of diabetes care at every stage of the disease.

Diabetic is a chronic decease which can be kept under CONTROL but no CURE for it as on date. A few ways to keep the diabetic under control. They are (1) Medication (preferably allopathethy (since reliable), (2) Regular Exercise (3) Diet control (4) Proper Rest and Tension free life style.

Once the diabetic is under control the quantum medicines taken be reduced drastically with Doctor's Advice.

Don't suddenly switch over from the English medicine to other alternate medicines.

Don't go by any hearsay stories as there is no evidence and virtually no one time cure is availabe for diabetic.

Primarily, a well pruned lifestyle and controlled diet system to be ADOPTED.

(1) Drink water 1/2 to 1 ltr in the morning to cleanse the stomach.

(2)invariably in the morning, exercise either by walk or yoga or games, other physical exercises should be adopted to the tune of 45 to 60 minutes for 5 to 6 days in a week, without any compromise. In addition, breathing exercise (pranayama) for 10-15 minutes is advisable.

(3) Minimize the intake of rice items (such as rice, idlies, dosa etc) as now days the avilable rice is a polished one, which is digested fast and the blood glucose may rise fast and vice-versa. If taken, little rice items with more vegetable curries. Instead rice, better switch over to full wheet flour 3 Roties / 3 sappaty (as the intake normally less) with more vegitable curries. Green leaves curry. More vegetable salads, Green leaves curry, soups.

(4) Stagger the intake from 3 times a day to 5 or 6 times by reducing the quantity of in-taking at a time.

(5) Good-bye to Suger & sweet items. Minimise the intake of salt (depending upon the BP level.

Follow the above sincerely, the control of sugar level is in your hand.
