Was he trying to sell sprouted Fenugreek seeds? ----------Will you please stop passing such comments. It is a known fact that some grains and natural seeds aid in controlling B/S level in certain individuals. But surely it will not do wonders.Taking fenugreek is certainly aids in controlling B/S and will have no adverse effect. But be knowledgeable that these things works well in certain human body only.

I do not know your wisdom and knowledge on Naturopathy. The person who told me about sprouted Fenugreek Seeds, is one Dr Nagender K. Neeraj. He is an authority on Naturopathy and have written more than 20 books on the subject. He has been awarded several times by WHO and Govt. of India for his achievements. If you google search him on internet, you would probably understand his authority on the subject. He was not trying to sell sprouted Fenugereek seeds to me, but trying to sell us the idea of being healthy by coming back closer to nature. I can give you one advise, do not pass such acid comments with your incomplete and fake knowledge...

It is quite well known and accepted fact that sprouts do help a lot because of their fibre content. So sprouted fenugreek seeds must be offering some extra advantage.

I used fenugreek powder, instead of sprouted seeds ,15 gms (7.5 +7.5 ) twice a day. it lower down sugar level effectively(from 110-180 to 75- 120) .i gave up glynase-mf e.i. glimpzide ,metformin. but my bp which was 90-130 raised to 100-155,in the mean time as a side effect , as far as i think...it happened in 15 days only . so use and tell us your experience please...GPS
