Starch after hydrolysis is broken in to Sugar which is the base of Alcohol. Blood sugar combine with Alcohol to produce more Alcohol which multiplies the sugar content of the body. Drinking Alcohol in any form will make sugar patients more dizzy with more kick and put in more dangerous situation. Somebody after a peg will become more rebellious and disastrous, they are mostly turning to crime like rape, murder etc. Alcohol and sugar have very much chemical affinity & activity as both are hydrocarbon derivatives. both contain Carbon, Hydrogen and Oxygen molecules and is highly reactive, sugar is highly soluble in Alcohol.

Also Sugar patients easily get addicted to Alcohol as well as tobacco. Smokers find it very cumbersome to escape from cigarettes. Blood sugar + Alcohol + Cigarettes = Angry Lusty Dangerous person is born, his world become darker soon.

Alcohol is merely a poison .If a person wants to do suicide with pain and inactive ill organs body ,social and family death ,must continue to take wine . The process gets fast in case of person is diabetic .

Alcohol and diabetes do not go together.Soon after consumption, alcohol spikes the blood sugar level and after sometime the sugar level drops alarmingly. This is not at all good for diabetes management. Also alcohol loads your system with useless calories which you have to account for..Alcohol also aggravates the problem of diabetic peripheral neuropathy which affects most diabetics over a period of time. Also, while drinking, people consume lots of snacks, which is not good for general well being.

Here are some other ways that alcohol can affect diabetes:--

* While moderate amounts of alcohol can cause blood sugar to rise, excess alcohol can actually decrease your blood sugar

level -- sometimes causing it to drop into dangerous levels.

* Beer and sweet wine contain carbohydrates and may raise blood sugar.

* Alcohol stimulates your appetite, which can cause you to overeat and may affect your blood sugar control.

* Alcohol can interfere with the positive effects of oral diabetes medicines or insulin.

* Alcohol may increase triglyceride levels.

* Alcohol may increase blood pressure.

* Alcohol can cause flushing, nausea, increased heart rate, and slurred speech.

Alcohol in moderate amount is perfectly fine if your blood sugar is otherwise well controlled by medicines, diet and exercise. Do not consume more than 100 ml of whiskey per day. And don't forget to eat a little less to compensate for the additional calories that alcohol would give you. It is silly to forego small pleasure just because you have a disease.
