Can any one suggest the right food. Should I go for dietician recommended food....................
My blood sugar is varying between 140 to 190 in fasting and 190 to 250 during 2 hours after taking food. I am doing regularly exercise and also taking tablet Galvusmet 500mg one in the morning and one in the night. I am taking normal food.
