presently I am taking following medicine.
1-New Triglucored- 1 morning at breakfast-1/2 at dinner daily
2-Meganeuron OD+
3-Galvus 50mg 1 Tab at lunch daily.
4-Storvas 5mg 1 Tab at dinner time daily.
do exercise about 30-35 minutes almost daily.
