No.It can not be cured.

Type II diabetes is not curable but it can be controlled thru proper diet, exercise and systematic lifestyle.Avoid consuming sugar in any form. Green tea ( 3 to 4 cups a day) can control diabetes. But nothing to beat brisk walking daily. ( 2 hours brisk walking every day is very ideal). Eat 3/4 almonds a day. Horsegram is good for diabetics.
