I sincerely wish that some type 1 persons try the GEM Diet which CURED my type 2 diabetes in three years and enables me to be on NORMAL diet from 2009 till date. It can go in parallel with any medication you are otherwise following. That is the advantage of it.

Have some sugar/ glucose near you . Take it under the toungue when you feel low sugar. Review your sugar levels and prescriptions for corrections.
