It is possible to control diabetes with control over diet and exercising adequately.A stress free life will also help. However, diabetes is a condition that may be present with out any outwardly symptoms. So,it is better to monitor with a glucometer at home to know whether your diabetes is under control or not. This is particularly important once you are diagnosed as a diabetic.
