It cannot be cured because it is not a disease but a physiological condition.Either the pancreas is not producing the insulin or the insulin produced is insufficient.In some cases the body may be unable to utilize the available insulin. Insulin is necessary for the body cells to absorb glucose and produce energy.In the absence of insulin glucose levels increase in the blood and some of it is excreted through urine.This condition is called diabetes and if it continues for long,there will be health problems in all parts of the body.
