I am a 70 Yr old male, having severe back stiffness for the last two days - Can't bend or walk without stinging pain for no apparent reason ! This happened overnight while I was bending to brush my teeth..... I'm type II diabetic and take insulin, under control - My B12 injection every 3 months was delayed b'se of Covid - Is this anything to do with this as I also suffer with muscle cramps at times ! Thank you
