I take Lisinopril for high blood pressure control. I was just wondering whether anyone takes a supplement to help in addition to help with your blood etc? Was thinking of getting some garlic or Q10 but wanted some thoughts. Any help much appreciated. Regards Rich 💙

Well, I graduated from Amlopidine to Lisinopril when my Doctor said Lisinopril not only controls blood pressure but also protects vital organs especially, the kidney. I have combined 20mg of Lisinopril with 12.5mg of HTZ. This has worked very well for me such that recently my BP dropped as low as 80/53. I have had to temporarily stop the daily dosage while monitoring my BP.

All in all , it works for me without having to use other herbs and I hope it works for you too.
