Has anyone tried a meal replacement diet. Very low calorie diet. Did it work and how do you get the mindset to replace food with shskes

Darel, I have tried this, but found it unsustainable in the long run. I found eater from a smaller plate a lot more helpful. Your mind still sees that you're eating a full plateful, but your body is getting a healthier sized portion.

Thanks. I will try anything at the moment. I guess I will get into good habits in time.
