The body's inability to respond to and use the insulin it produces. Insulin resistance may be linked to obesity, hypertension, and high levels of fat in the blood.

You’ll have to start fasting but keep a close eye on you #s and have glucose tabs on hand. If I eat once a day at dinner time with a low carb diet, I won’t need any meds. If I eat twice a day I’m on all the meds.
