Pre Diabetes

I recently joined this programme following my annual check up. I thought I was eating sensibly. I’m happy to say after 4 weeks I have learned so much about carbs and how to reduce their intake. I am losing weight each week. Main culprits, bread, rice, potatoes and pasta. I thought I would miss them but you don’t need to cut them out completely. Great programme. Difficult to get on after being referred. I would highly recommend it. I would suggest if you are trying just to lose weight concentrate on cutting the carbs instead of concentrating on the calories.
