You are right. A lot of information is available on web. A sum and summary of all the the information in a concise form is required. That is to save time and effort. The purpose of coming to a forum . Thank you.

Is there a reason you are asking all these questions Patliputra? This is the UK forum so I wonderd if you weren't getting the answers from similar questions that you are posting on the India forum?

This forum is very active and lots of people get help and advice. I'm sure that your questions will have been answered at some point so it might be worth searching the forum for some more responses.

Your earlier post about activating the forum seems strange, because the UK forum is very active and people ask lots of questions and need support. It just came across to me that you were like a teacher at the front of a class asking questions on the subject.

A lot of people don't bother to find out about the ins and outs of diabetes and have lots of misconceptions so if your questions help people understand things that's good but it would be good to hear something about your diabetes and how you have dealt with things.

I seem to disagree with you. I still maintain the it is not a very active forum.

I am also sorry to say that you completely miss understood my intentions.

it is the medical view that hbaic represents average value of blood sugar over a period of 3 months and therefore a measure of how well your diabetes is controlled..This is why it is important .Any sugar excess over its utilisation sticks to the blood cells for three month and gets neutralised when old blood cells are replaced by new ones
