Could this be 'diabetes burnout' OR straightforward depression/anxiety. On edge.

All put to gether . The minute one is diagnosed with diabetes , he or she gets in to depression . Thus both go hand in hand . It takes time and effort to reconcile and come out of that mindset .Initially when the sugar readings are high take the modern medicine . Once the spikes come down slowly reduce those medicine . But you have to reduce your food intake to half , while taking care of the proper balance of carbohydrates , proteins and fats . Excess of any thing causes problems In fact excess of proteins and fats are more dangerous .Carbs , proteins and fats in the ratio of 60 , 25 and 15 is good for the overall health . Recently a wave is going on against this ratio . problems arose not because of this ratio ,but because of excess hidden carbs in soft drinks , bakery products ,junk food , and whits bread .In discriminate eating with no corresponding exercise is the root cause .Modern life style does not require more than 2000 calories per day .TRY AND experiment with various combinations with lot of nutrients with in the allowed limit of calories , take herbal preparations like Gymnema sylvester , Aloevera , ocimum , Ginseng ,Avinasathiva , Ashwagandha ,Gingkobiloba ,Turmeric , etc and in a matter of 5 or 6 moths you would come out of both .This program attends to all the other by products of diabetes like , neuropathy , retinopathy , nephropathy , fatty liver also .A herbal preparation ''Arjuna '' cures all problems associated with dysfunction of heart whether it is functional or organic .
