It is indeed very disturbing but keep in constant contact with your doctor to control the sugar level. Don't hate food ,your child to be needs it a great deal. Things will be OK soon.
All those things happen in the first three months of pregnancy, very loosely called morning sickness. Sometimes it gets bad,as in your case but will go away after 12 weeks of gestation. In the meantime remain in touch with your health provider and you will certainly get some suggestions to minimise those problems.
Good luck and best wishes. By the way you forgot to mention whether it is your first baby ?
you as a mother have to communicate with you growing baby, and feel what he or she wants to eat. eat in quality and not quantity. things will be fine after three months. meanwhile eat what makes you happy in little portions and visit your doc regularly. don't be too hyper with you sugar levels. it will hike the levels. just smile and follow doctors instructions. all the best wishes for you new mother to be.

In most pregnancy in its infancy yields alot of body changes. However just be patient and in constant touch with your physician for the right advise. Likewise keep an an eye on your sugar levels everyday.
Sickness is horrible but it should go. On the other hand the diabetes will need monitoring well. Having had two pregnancies , I had sickness for weeks and weeks and weeks, I understand how bad things can get. On the up side I lost 2 stone during each pregnancy, eating much more healthily (once the sickness passed). Came out of both pregnancies with little babies (i think they were undercooked and probably starved a bit, but DN kept moaning at how much insulin I used, and to eat less even though I kept losing weight throughout !!! Keep eating if you can and things will soon settle down. You will be fine . . . give it time and don't forget to eat . . . even if it does come up. Anything you baby can get, it will appreciate . . . Good luck in the pregnancy. Enjoy it
