Constant thirst
I take it (as you are on this site) that you are diabetic? Your thirst could be because of your sugar level being high.
I am diabetic type 2. When I have high sugar levels I get a terrible thirst and ache all over. Doesn't happen often these days, but early on, my levels fluctuated. I have had the low sugar turns more often.
It is important to try and get your diet right. Remember, sugar lurks in places you might not expect. Bread, pastry, potatoes, all get turned into sugar.
I can't eat pastry at all, without getting ill. Bread and potatoes are fine in moderation.
It would be worth asking your doctor or nurse, if you need a monitor, to check your blood sugar levels. They are not routinely prescribed to type 2 diabetics, until they are on insulin.
I have had this and it normally because my sugars are high.Speak to you diabetic nurse about this.
