It is not recommended that you have too many sweets if you are diabetic. You will only know the real answer to that if you check your blood sugar on a regular basis and how bad your diabetes is of course.

Maybe a good idea to ask your diabetic nurse as to what they think about Paneer Doda as it may interfere with your diabetic meds.

Yes you can by covering it up with insulin shots. I hope this is a sincere answer to a sincere question as I did not find anything amusing in your question to be considered as a joke. Not sure why some people enjoy at the plight of a diabetic.

Nothing can be funnier and cruel to tell people to take insulin shots before taking any sweet.A weird sense of humour.
