Hi im emma came on here as i have multiple heath issues and was interested in finding people in a similar situation and any health tips they may have.

Eat garlic.raw. chew it with food or chop it up finely or mince it into fine small pieces and swallow with water. I will guarantee it will lower your blood pressure. Do for a week. Simple as that, hope it helps good luck!

Best advice is to talk to your doctor. Not all treatments can work for everyone. They reckon exercise can help keep blood pressure down but again you need to consult your doctor first.
