hi,iam always afraid of Diabate,blood pressure and heart attack how can i prevent my self from this diseases?

Eat according to your blood type, avoid late night meals, exercise at least 3 times a week, develop a habit of detoxifying your colons and body always, preferably every weekend.

exercise is very key, at least for 30 minutes every morning, take whole grain foods, fruits and vegetables (3-5 servings) a day and you need a lot of fish. minimize on animal fats, and enjoy more plant proteins.still supplementation is very key as we can not get all what we need from the diet(it is over processed).

hello my dia friend first of all for one to be healthy they have to eat healthy so u having a proper diet will keep u safe from many other diseases other than those u scared of first of all have very low amount of fat in your diet am not saying elimnate them because they are also healthy for your body but i would advise have low amounts also include dietary fibre in your diet which is important in checking weight levels sa well do exercise avoid a sedentary life style eat a diet rich in fruits and vegetables and plenty of water is also good for you.

Just eat whatever you like in portions. Lots of walking is needed. Stay away from stress. and do yoga with plenty of water

Hi, taking vegetables and fruits daily is more important. Also taking regular exercise will help you a lot to avoid such disease attacks

You your fear is about lifestyle diseases, U can manage not to get any of the diseases u are worried of by doing something simple.

1. avoid thinking about them

2. change your life style by doing more of the exercises

3. reduce the intake of junk food foods or food cooked using oil. If u really want oil then

use Vagin olive oil

4. Reduce the intake of alcohol if u drink

Caffeine even if in small quantities may not be good depending on age, because its a stimulant that will make the heart to work very fast hence wearing it.
