I just found out I am pre diabetic. Diabetes runs strongly in my family and I would like some advice on how to lower my levels before i get to that place. The internet is confusing and all the doctors say the same things. I have a terrible sweet tooth. Does anyone have advice on how to curb my sweet tooth and keep my blood sugar low ?

Throw the sweet stuff as far as you can. I am not joking ! Try more than 52yrs of being T1 ? I would love to be in your position !

I will definitely take your advice. I've seen diabetes first hand. I'm sorry that happened to you.

How about 56 years, but I’m not bragging about it.
