Bread made with whole wheat , a pancake made with millets and chickpeas ,a half cup of cooked brown rice all keep the hunger at bay . In between take plantain once , an orange once ,a fistful of peanuts once , green smoothie once , a glass of buttermilk once , like this space out your intake and take the food with in the calories limit . All these donot come to more than your allowable limit of 2000 calories .This will see to it that you remainin satiety range.

I wish I could eat like that. I'm on a ketogenic diet because a wholewheat piece of bread raises my blood sugar super high.
