Anyone with PD heard of or used Protandim?

just googled it and found theollowing statement on wikipedia.

"In December of 2012, LifeVantage issued a voluntary recall of Protandim due to potential health risks arising from the possible inclusion of small metal fragments in the final product.["

My Mom started taking Protandim in May and had significant improvement of her some of her Parkinsons symptoms. Before she started taking it, she had extreme dizziness and nausea. They have both virtually disappeared. Other symptoms have showed minimal if any change.
