PARKINSONS THE REASON. I ASK , HAVE THEY ALL BEEN LOOKING IN THE WRONG PLACE?

THE only relief from parky symptoms is when i get a certain type of sleep

A SLEEP THAT DOES THE BIZ MAKES ME FEEL WELL,albeit temporarily

old people need less sleep ,they get less, parkinsons is rife inolder people

yeh, theres the clue

BAD UNREWARDING ,INCOMPLETE BROKEN SLEEP, OVER A PERIOD OF TIME,agrivated added to,further made worse by

LIFESYLE , SHOCK BEREVEMENT TRAUMA,DIET.ALL CONTRIBUTE ,

TO STARTING THE ROT, then one day your hand starts shakin

the boys in white coats opinion,

SLEEP DISORDER RESULTS FROM CONTRACTING PARKINSONS,

no...PARKINSONS IS THE OUTCOME, when sleep becomes ineffective,

LIKE A CAR BATTERY THAT wont START CAR,(6 cells provide energy)

the battery gets HARDER TO CHARGE TAKES LONGER AND DOES Not hold ENERGY LONG ,BATTERY (CELLS)losesits MOJO,AND

START FAILING,sound like something familiar, the energy store diminish, es.the battery if left long enough all cells die, produce no output.

ALL IS LOST ,,YOU CANNOT RECOVER A DUDD BATTERY,or can you

sleep rejuvinates restores the bodies energy source in someone well

but a parkys energy charger aint workin, sleep the charger, the bodies electrolyte the battery

SLEEP IS COMPLEX, THERE ARE 4 CYCLES ONE OF WHICH IS CELL MANAGEMENT /REPAIR, as i discover)

the sleep gets worse the rot has set in,parkyville next stop sir

cell replacement is new technology, cell replacement WOULD RECOVER BATTERY

WHEN CAR BATTERY FAILS REPLACE THE BATTERY

SLEEP THE JUDGE JURY AND EXECUTIONER

PARKINSONS IS SLEEP DERIVED DISORDER

what do you think,

Your probably right, its not rocket science,A car wont drive well with three wheels,or move with a dry tank, and on we could go with this car thing.Problem is someone put the researchers in a rocket and launched them into outerspace, there making all sorts of discoveries that are to expensive to save lives when it comes to delivery and that car wont be going far if petrol prices keep rising

First things first, free diesel intrests me PM me immediatley with the details.[I jest] The sleep ? a strange thing happened which stands out clearly in my mind because it was this week.I woke that feeling of comfortable normality upon me, unusual but has happened before.I normally wake feeling like a lump of wood, reach out and take my meds and wait for the magic. That morning I didnt I moved around freely for several hours, why I did ask myself, but couldnt figure it.Now I think perhaps it was a sleep thing hhmmmmm worth a ponder and a rummage in the research mountain

I was also a night shift worker for over a decade of my life

my neuro says sleep is essental to restore dopamine levels . He prescribes all kinds of stuff to help sleep. I know I'm much worse when I don't sleep. What to do today? Sleep, poop, move around.

Now, now Professor or should I say 'come come'?

What causes PD...or makes it worse?

Sudden shocks: I came from a warm womb into a ?? world, I bumped my head, I had car crash (twice) Stress: I worried about 1000 things – where am I (getting lost), who am I, why am I (here etc etc), where am I going (career, love, geography etc etc) genetics: I have genes Other medical conditions My diet – well, I eat & drink sleep: too much/too little Breathing: or not

On a serious note: probably we all wonder about the causes of PD: some of us have the good fortune to help find out by being accepted on clinical trials or by helping in other areas of research. We can all share our personal experiences on sites like this to make comparisons, formulate hypotheses, speculate & to come to conclusions.

So long as we stay grounded & acknowledge these for what they are – products of our own experiences, we stand to benefit.

PD is personal. It is more a syndrome than a disease & it manifests itself differently in each person.

I don’t believe there is a single ‘cure’ – it’s too simple BUT I do believe we must keep looking & continue to share/pool information amongst ourselves & with the professionals.

Perhaps for you this might be a case of ‘Professor heal thyself’. I hope so.

hii angela , i am so sorry to hear that you have so much pain - you are always so cheerful and open and friendly - i agree that there is no one cause of PD and therefore no one cure either

speak soon ?

HELLO HONEYCOMB3,

DOES ASHORT NAPP PROVIDEANY RELIEF FOR YOU??

SLEEP THEORY, HAS ALOT GOING FOR IT,

BUT THERE ARE OTHER THINGSTHAT MATTER, SLEEP AND?

BEREVEMENT, TRAUMA,, SHOCK WHATEVER THE MIX

SCIENCE HAS FAILED TO DRAW ANY CONCLUSIONS

MY INSPIRED IDEA COMPARE 2 SLEEPERS

,SPINAL ELECTROLTE HORMONES, DIFFERN CES IN QUANTITY / PRESSURE SOMETHING WILL SHOW

, I INVITE RESEARCH TO TST THE WATER,,SLEEP S COMP[LEX, THE BRAIN NEEDS SERVICED,SLEEP IS SUPPOSED TO DO THIS, BUT THE REPAIRS BECOME OVERLOADED

UNMANAGEBLE,,SOMETHING NEEDS TO B SACRIFICED

WHAT THAT IS ,UNDEFINED I GUESS THE BRAIN MAKES THE DECISIONS BASED ON THE PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

ANYWAY, I WILL GETSHOT OF THIS SOON

I BOUGHT A SLEEP EMULATOR TO SEE IF I CAN HEAL MYSELF

Dear prof,

Sleep would be nice...I don't remember a full nights sleep..but then again our bodies change every day and who knows how much energy each day takes from us? WHat is ....is. I tire from differnet things as I grow older. PD makes me tired just from one meaningful project. So it goes. I do know that the more we worry about getting sleep the less sleep we will get. Let go and let our body tell you when to sleep and how much it needs. Relax! submit and listen to your body and lose control. Your body knows best right now. Take a deep breath and listen. Sleep well my friend.

Profesor - I think you are probably right about Sleep. I sufferred frrom Sleep Disorder - caused by a wonderful boss who, because I was good at pulling his visionary ideas into practical shape, kept prmoting me to reward me. The problem was the company started to expect me to operate at that level on othermwas out of my depth -long before Pd appeared.

I have been diagnosed now for 9years 3months and use a cocktail of drugs but my point is that if I get a good sleep I can go as late as 11.00 am before any medcation. I am sitting in the solitude of a fine summer morning in the Peak District National Park having a bowl of fruit without any Pd symtoms because i slept (with the aid of Zopiclune or Zimovane tablets) for 8 hours and I feel NORMAL - any TYpos are because I left my reading glasses upstairs and my partner is still sleeping - she could sleep for Team GB if it were an Oympics discipline

I don't clim that sleep is the whole answer but it's up there somewherea the Professor says

One other thing, If I want to delay or not take a drugs dose for watever reason, I go to bed and wake up not feeling the need o the drugs - I reckon if I could sleep 24x7 I wouldnt have Pd - silly I know but there is something in that

PARKY PARKY NO SLEEP MAY GET PD

PARKY PARKY HOW STUPIT CAN WE BE

PARKY PARKY ,A LIFE SENTENCE SOON FOR ME

PARKY PARKY ,A CURE THATS NOW A POSSIBILTY

SLEEP THEORY , .THE FINAL PROOF

ST ANDREWS DAY 2013...

IFyou don't sleep the Ldopa an amino acid produced from what you eat, this is the main chemical provider for dopamine manufacture is not delivered to the CELLS., CONTROLLING MOVEMENT,

DOPAMINE A CHEMICAL WHOSE TASK IS A ROUTER PROVIDING MOVEMENT MESSAGES. THOUGHT TO ACTION

THIS DOPAMINE SHORTFALL UNCHECKEDFOR A WHILE,

UNTIL THE DOPAMINE LOSS APPROACHES 20% OR SO

FURTHERMORE

SUPPLY CAN drop by 25%,unchecked not realised, BEFORE SYMPTOMS SHOW, THIS dopamine loss, CAUSING AN OVERFLOW OF THE DOPAMINE TRANSPORTER, resulting in protein clumps THAT BLOCK CELL OUTPUT

THE LAST BUGLE

dopamine diminishing with time, affecting movement. PRO RATA

no recovery unless( THe rotting clumps can be removed..OR IF

, cells CAN BE CLEANED

MACROPHEAGES, Could BE EMPLOYED(some cells do repair)

YOU CAN REMOVE PROTEIN CLUMPS,this may be possible if

we could use the bodies own cell debris clean up team called macropheags by special conditions called apotosis or necrosis

or

A LASER procedure in development at CHALMERS UNIVERSITY SWEDEN

they advise the growth of protein is identifiable and removeable by laser

A CURE, A CURE , looks like the cells can be recovered

O HAPPY DAY
