I've been researching, and while no case studies are shown, according to chatgpt there might be benefit on trying MitoPure.

Has anyone had any experience using it?

Mitopure is urolithin A

"Urolithin A (UA) is a natural compound that may help treat Parkinson's disease (PD). UA is a gut metabolite produced from foods like berries, pomegranates, and nuts. It has shown neuroprotective effects in experimental models of PD.

How UA may help with PD

Mitochondrial health: UA may help with mitochondrial dysfunction, which contributes to PD. UA may promote mitochondrial biogenesis and restore mitochondrial function.

Inflammation: UA may reduce inflammation by blunting excessive inflammatory responses.

Dopaminergic neurons: UA may protect dopaminergic neurons, which are lost in PD.

Gut health: UA production may be linked to gut dysbiosis, which may play a role in PD.

Other potential benefits of UA

UA may also help with Alzheimer's disease, cerebral hemorrhage, and ischemic stroke.

UA may have anti-oxidant and anti-apoptotic properties.

How UA is produced

The gut bacteria produce UA from ellagitannins and ellagic acid, which are found in foods like pomegranates, berries, and nuts."

It’s all very simple. When you reduce your intake or eliminate your intake of ultra processed food you’re only left with foods that give you these nutrients. All that’s left are nuts, seeds, eggs, meats, fruits, vegetables and organic dairy products.

Just buy pomegranate powder and add to juice or smoothies. Much more economical.

I am getting it brought over to Europe by a dear friend for about 3 years now, as they, unfortunately, don’t ship directly. I am stable and think that it helps me, among the other supplements I use (I mix it with my daily dose of blueberries).
