Red Light therapy - Monkey models

There's lots of research to indicate that Red Light will improve the mitochondria and energy levels in humans and animal studies.

I was watching a youtube video by Prof Glen Jeffery, who runs the Ophthalmology lab and UCL. He mentions the success of Red Light to improve vision in aging population and makes the point that this is due to the eye having more mitochondria then any other part of the model. In passing he also mentions that Near infra-red light improved Parkinson symptoms in Monkeys. So I looked it up and this is the case.

Jeffery's talk is here.

thank you for this. I have been using red light therapy for a couple of years, but was wondering if I am using it so I’m looking forward to learning more from this video. 🙏🏻

I have used the well red coronet for over a year and thought that I couldn’t see any improvement in symptoms. However my coronet was recently out of action for a couple of weeks (needed a new plug) and my tremors, agitation and sleep all got noticeably worse. Very glad to have it back!
