There is also this hat: Kinreen 630nm 850nm 940nm red light therapy hat for Alzheimer's treatment and Parkinson for $140 alibaba.com/product-detail/...
Are they any good? I don't know. I probably will not buy one.
it's just not the 'number' or 'type' of red lights... it's the frequency )10,000 hz to 20,000 hz and necessary voltage.... i did some research on this months ago... photobiomodulation and PD is what you should google.... some interesting research and one clincial study about to enter the 3rd trial
Hi Bolt,The kinreen cap does have 40 hz pulsing action and you can even specify that you want 670 nm and 810 nm. There are 150 LEDs and you can have it in 1:2 ratio meaning 50 LEDs 670 nm and 100 LEDs at 810 nm.
You need to specify what you want and make sure it pulses at 40 hz. They can custom make it. I only wonder if it gets really warm . I have family who are looking at ordering it.
I'm still interested in red light therapy for brain function. But Vielight is $2000. I've done liftId daily for the past month. The discs are getting dark spots. I emailed the company and got a response an hour later. We talked back and forth. I assumed the dark spots are mildew or oxidation. He wasn't sure--maybe sweat stains--but he's sending me a dozen more discs to try. I do crossword puzzles and lately have found I'm finishing them more quickly and more completely than I used to.
